Free Shipping in Canada

• Free standard shipping across Canada on orders over $80 before tax (excluding NWT and Nunavut) 

• Applies to qualifying products shipped to a single Canadian address.

• Orders under $80 are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Gift Baskets

• Due to their delicate nature, gift baskets are available for pickup or local delivery only within the Greater Vancouver Area.

• If you have a target delivery date, add it at checkout and we will do our best to meet it.

Remote Regions and Surcharges

• Additional shipping charges apply for Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

• Transit times may be longer for these regions. Exact costs are shown at checkout. 

Processing and Shipping Times

• Orders typically ship within 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the size of the order and delivery location.

• During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer. We will keep you posted by email.

Carriers and Tracking

• Shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves our facility.

• We primarily ship with UPS and FedEx. PO Boxes are not eligible for courier delivery. Use a street address for the smoothest experience.
